1. Your Contract – Please Read Carefully Before Booking

All travel arrangements are handled by TheTravelNTours.com (“the Company”, “Us”, “We”), and booking our services binds you to these conditions.
1.1 No contract exists until we acknowledge acceptance of your non-refundable deposit (minimum of $100 per person, subject to change), adherence to fare rules, and cleared payment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
1.2 All services offered are subject to availability.
1.3 Prices are based on costs at booking date and can change before confirmation. Verbal quotes are not binding. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
1.4 By making a booking, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms—either for yourself or for all members of your party. You are responsible for all payments due.
1.5 You are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring all members of your party receive relevant communications from us or our suppliers.

2. Payments

E-Tickets Travel documents are sent out about 14 days before departure. Contact us if tickets are not received at least 3 days prior to departure.
Flight Programme Changes All prices, dates, times, routes, and airlines are subject to change. If necessary, we provide suitable alternatives, acting only as booking agents.
Validity of Tickets Tickets must be used for the dates and routing specified. No refunds for unused tickets except as provided for here. Airlines/carriers may change schedules, and liability is not accepted for flight cancellations, delays, or diversions. Timings are not guaranteed and do not form part of the contract. Refunds for cancellations due to schedule changes are subject to an administrative fee.
All fares and schedules are subject to change without notice.
Deposits do not guarantee the fare.
Tickets are non-changeable, non-transferable, non-refundable.

3. Booking Confirmation & Travel Documents

Tickets are typically issued within 24–48 hours of payment verification.
Travelers are responsible for:
  • Approving all terms and conditions prior to purchase.
  • Ensuring names exactly match passports.
  • Contacting support (support@thetravelntours.com, +1 (888) 854-9666 immediately for missing confirmations.
  • Regularly checking email provided at booking.
  • Consulting airlines to confirm departure terminal.
  • Checking visa requirements and necessary travel documents.
  • Confirming needed vaccinations.
  • Ensuring passport validity (minimum six months beyond travel).
  • Checking current check-in times (two hours before domestic, three hours before international).
  • Monitoring flight times and timetable changes.

4. Tickets

  • E-ticket sent by email is your official travel document and must be carried for the entire trip.
  • Airline tickets must always be used in sequence; missing a leg can lead to cancellation of the remaining trip without refund.
  • Tickets with separate booking numbers are independent trips, and we accept no liability for missed connections or refunds for such tickets.

5. Flight Times

  • All flight times are local and subject to change. Direct flights may not be non-stop.
  • Travelers must stay updated on the schedule.
  • Delays due to air traffic control, weather, or operational needs—no special arrangements or responsibility for such delays.

6. Special Requests & Medical Problems

  • Special requests must be communicated at booking; we endeavor to pass these to suppliers but cannot guarantee fulfillment.
  • Medical problems/disabilities must be disclosed in writing before booking. We reserve the right to decline or cancel if your needs cannot be accommodated.

7. Booking of Flight Tickets

  • Price and schedule alterations/technical errors may occur; we reserve the right to amend or cancel within 24 hours due to such errors.
  • Combination of single tickets (one-way combinations) may be used to obtain special fares; stages of the journey are handled separately in event of disruptions.
  • Force Majeure: No responsibility for cancellations due to civil strife, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond control.
Passports, Entry/Transit Visas, Vaccinations:
Traveler is responsible for complying with passport, visa, and vaccination requirements. Costs from failures to meet requirements are the traveler’s responsibility.

8. Frequent Flyers

We can record your frequent flyer number but cannot guarantee points/bonuses.

9. Infants and Children

  • Infants (0–2) travel without own seat; proper tickets required if age changes during the trip.
  • Name and birthdate must match passport—no reimbursement for wrong ticket type.

10. Taxes

  • Ticket prices include airport taxes. Additional departure taxes may apply; traveler is responsible for payment.

11. Transport & Hotel Due to Changes

  • Ground transport and overnight accommodation are not included in ticket price. Traveler responsible for checking timetables/prices and for additional costs due to airline timetable changes.
  • Connection time on stopovers is calculated by airlines; traveler is responsible for ensuring sufficient connection time.
  • Lost/damaged luggage must be reported to the airlines; we accept no liability.
  • Premium/economy/business class upgrades are subject to availability and airline rules.

12. Changing the Timetable

  • Airlines may alter schedules or cancel flights at short notice; travelers must check times with airlines.
  • If a flight is canceled, remedies are governed by airline’s conditions.

13. Cancellation, Refunds & Rebooking

  • Restricted tickets are immediately issued and cannot be refunded/amended.
  • Cancellations must be confirmed in writing or by email within 24 hours.
  • Returned tickets for refund are subject to an administration fee of $75 per ticket, plus airline cancellation charges. Refunds are paid only when received from airline/consolidator (typically 10–12 weeks).
  • Amendment fees for rebooking are $50 per person plus penalty, fares, and any costs incurred. Name changes are generally treated as cancellations.

14. Expectant Mothers

No bookings for expectant mothers above 28 weeks on return flight. Consult doctor before booking.

15. Behavior

  • You and your party must not cause offence or damage; compensation is required for damages/loss.
  • If behavior causes distress, danger or annoyance, arrangements may be terminated without notice or refund.

16. Booking Conditions for Package Holidays

17. Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended, including coverage for cancellation, curtailment, medical, personal effects, and delays.

18. Data Protection Policy

19. Complaints and Dispute

Issues must be raised with suppliers immediately; follow up in writing within seven days of your return. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of your booking.

20. Disabled Passengers

Some destinations may not be suitable for disabled travelers—please verify suitability before booking.

21. Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States (or applicable location), and access from jurisdictions where use is illegal is prohibited.
